Task Mike

Privacy Policy

Task Mike collects no data. There is no account, no advertising and no tracking. Your notes, tasks, recordings and pictures stay on your iPhone.

Last updated: 28 October 2026.

What stays on your phone

Everything you put into Task Mike (thoughts, tasks, notes, recordings, pictures, vision board goals, settings and progress) is stored on your iPhone. The app has no servers of its own and does not send this information to the developer or to anyone else.

Private notes are kept in protected storage on your iPhone and locked with Face ID or your passcode. They are left out of Task Mike's backup file.

Permissions, and why the app asks for them

You can change any of these at any time in the Settings app on your iPhone.

Sharing

Task Mike shares information only when you ask it to, for example when you use the share sheet, save a backup file, export notes for Obsidian or share your tasks with another app. What happens to a file after you share it is up to you and the app you share it with.

Children

Task Mike is not aimed at children. Because the app collects no data, there is no personal information about anyone, of any age, for us to hold.

Changes to this policy

If the way Task Mike handles information ever changes, this page will be updated first and the date above will change.
